What should we pay attention to when assembling linear guide rail


Taiwan likes to call sliding platform, line track, slide rail, linear slide, etc. But in domestic machinery and equipment profession generally directly called straight-line guide rail. It is generally used as the support and guide parts of mechanical equipment, and the round-trip straight-line movement is made according to the specified direction. In order to reduce the defects and ensure more safe operation, please pay attention to the following four points when assembling the linear guide rail:

1、 The sliders of interchangeable products (i.e. the sliders and sliders can be matched at will) are supplied by the way of mounting on the temporary shaft. Therefore, please pay attention when combining with the linear sliders.

2、 The standard end cap is made of plastic. It will be damaged if it is hit or collided, so pay attention to it.

3、 Sometimes just tilt the guide rail, the slider will move, so at this time should pay attention not to make the slider fall from the guide rail.

4、 If the parts are disassembled privately, the dust will enter or the combination accuracy of the parts will drop. Therefore, if it is not a last resort, please do not disassemble them at will.

(1) Before the device slide module, carefully check and clean the burr and dust on the mechanical working table of the device. Because the straight guide rail is coated with rust proof oil, please wipe it with cleaning oil before the device. The base surface after the rust preventive oil is removed is simple rust. It is recommended to apply lubricating oil for the main shaft with low viscosity.

(2) After the straight guide is placed on the base, the bolt of the device is not fully locked to make the straight guide rail and the device surface tightly( The horizontal datum of the base shall be aligned with the side of the symbolic line of the straight guide rail. Use clean device bolts to secure the straight rail. At the same time, when inserting the device bolt into the device hole of the straight guide rail, it is necessary to confirm whether the bolt holes are in accordance with each other. If the hole is not in line and the bolt is forced into, the accuracy will be reduced.

(3) Tighten the stop screws of the straight guide in order to make the track close to the transverse device surface. Use a torque wrench to tighten the device bolts to the regular torque. The tightening sequence of the bolts of linear guide rail device is that the bolt is tightened in sequence from the center to the end of the shaft, so that the stable precision can be obtained.

(4) The rest of the straight rails are also installed in the same way until the device is complete.

(5) Drive the hole cover into the bolt hole of the device until the top surface of the straight guide rail is the same plane.
